How Bayan works

Bayan answers questions about Islam automatically, but only from trusted sources. Here is exactly what that means.

  1. Closed library

The AI only answers from our approved sources. It never searches the open internet and does not answer from its own knowledge.

  2. Every sentence has a source

Each sentence in an answer points to a source. Sentences without one are removed before you see the answer.

  3. Quotes are checked by code

Every quoted verse, hadith and scholar quote is checked word for word against the original before it is shown.

  4. Authentic hadith only

Only hadith graded sahih or hasan are used. The grade and who graded it are always shown.

  5. Approved scholars

Rulings are only quoted from a fixed list of Sunni scholars, with a link to the original.

  6. Honest when unsure

If no trusted source is found, Bayan says so instead of guessing.

  7. Not a fatwa

Answers explain what the scholars said. For your personal situation, ask a qualified scholar you trust.
